11.1 LINE MyShop — E-commerce on LINE OA

MyShop is LINE's built-in e-commerce platform that turns your OA into a fully functional online store. No coding required — configure it entirely in OA Manager.

MyShop is a major e-commerce channel in Thailand. Thousands of Thai businesses use it. Transaction fee: 3% per transaction (0% for the first month for new stores). No monthly subscription — just the OA plan fee.

Setting Up MyShop:

  1. Go to OA Manager → MyShop
  2. Agree to the MyShop terms
  3. Complete shop profile (name, description, logo, cover image)
  4. Set up payment methods: PromptPay, credit card, LINE Pay, COD
  5. Add products (name, price, image, stock, category)
  6. Publish your store

11.2 MyCustomer CRM

MyCustomer is LINE's built-in CRM system. It's included with the Pro plan (or ฿369/month separately).

Key Features:

  • Member tiers — Create membership levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum)
  • Auto point accumulation — Points based on purchase amount or actions
  • Targeted broadcast — Send messages to specific member tiers or behaviors
  • Customer profiles — View purchase history, total spend, points balance
  • Analytics — Member count, points issued, redemptions

You can call MyCustomer data via API? Not directly — MyCustomer is managed through the OA Manager GUI only. For programmatic access, build a custom CRM and use the Messaging API/audience upload.

LINE Ads is Thailand's largest social ad platform, reaching 56M+ users. Ads appear in LINE's Home Tab, Chat List, VOOM, TODAY, Wallet Tab, and more.

Targeting Options:

  • Demographics: Age, gender, income
  • Geography: Province, district, postal code, radius (1-50km)
  • Interests & behaviors: Shopping, travel, finance, etc.
  • OS / Device: iOS, Android, device model
  • Custom Audiences: Upload email, phone, IDFA/AAID, or LINE User IDs
  • OA friends: Target your existing followers for upsell
  • Video viewers: Retarget users who watched your video ads
  • Lookalike audiences: Find users similar to your best customers
Best practice: Start with CPF (Cost Per Friend) to grow your OA audience, then retarget those followers with CPC or CPA campaigns. This creates a funnel: Awareness → Follow → Engage → Convert.

11.4 Business Manager

LINE Business Manager lets you manage multiple OAs, share audiences across OAs, and manage permissions centrally.

LINE VOOM is LINE's social content feed (similar to TikTok/Instagram Reels within LINE). Your OA can:

  • Post content (images, videos, text) to your VOOM feed
  • Followers see your posts in their VOOM feed
  • Posts can direct users to your OA chat
  • Content can be shared by followers

Set up in OA Manager: LINE VOOM section. Post frequency recommendation: 1-2x per week.

11.6 LINE Shopping & LINE TODAY

LINE Shopping

Thailand's e-commerce marketplace. As a LINE OA owner, you can:

  • List products on LINE Shopping
  • Drive LINE Shopping traffic to your OA
  • Integrate with MyShop for seamless checkout

LINE TODAY

Content platform reaching 40M+ Thai users monthly. You can publish articles that appear in LINE TODAY's feed, directing readers to your OA. Great for content marketing and SEO.
